Penida Society is a small team based on Nusa Penida. We run a handful of private villas ourselves, not a portfolio managed from a spreadsheet in another country. If something needs attention, one of us can be there within the hour.

A quiet corner of a busy island
Nusa Penida has grown fast. We built our villas on the parts of it that have not, and we run them the way we would want a place run if we were the guest.
That means a chef who cooks properly, a boat that leaves on time, and someone who answers the phone when a question comes up at ten at night.
For your property
Built by owners, for owners
We manage other people's villas because we manage our own the same way, every day, on the island. We know what breaks, what guests actually ask for, and what keeps a calendar full in February as well as July.
We do not take on more properties than we can visit ourselves.
Villas Roc-Azur
Where it started
Villas Roc-Azur was the first property we built, and it set the standard for everything that came after. Outdoor kitchen, shared dining, room to move and room to do nothing.
We built it for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. That layout, and the way we run it, became the template for Villa Helios and Villa Kerylos.
What we run
From the first message to the last goodbye
We handle the villa itself: the build, the upkeep, the pricing, the listings. We handle the stay: the guest guide, the chef, the boats, the drivers. And we handle the parts guests never see, cleaning schedules, maintenance rounds, restocking, so the parts they do see hold up.
We are exacting about small things because small things are what a guest actually notices: hot water at seven in the morning, a driver who is early rather than late, a message answered before it needs to be sent twice.
